Franchise Expo Malaysia International Retail and Franchise Exhibition, fondly known as FE MIRF, was held from July 7th to July 9th, 2023, at the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, MIRF 2023 once again brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors under one roof. The event was graced by Datuk Seri Salahuddin Bin Ayub, Minister of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDN). Objective of the event is to attract RM120 million in investments for local retailers and franchisors.

Approached 31 Customers: During MIRF 2023, our team actively engaged with 31 prospective customers, initiating conversations, and sharing insights about how SmartMap Explorer’s solutions can address the specific needs and challenges faced by retail and franchise businesses. Our goal was to establish meaningful connections and demonstrate the relevance of our technology in driving business growth and success.

17 Strong Leads Presented: Among the customers approached, we identified 17 strong leads who demonstrated a keen interest in learning more about our solutions. These leads were presented with detailed demonstrations and case studies showcasing the capabilities and benefits of SmartMap Explorer platform.

14 Interested Prospects: In addition to the strong leads, we also engaged with 14 prospects who expressed interest in exploring the possibilities of exploring our platform to benefitting their retail and franchise operations. Through personalized consultations and follow-up discussions, we aim to nurture these prospects into valuable customers in the future.
